Cornerstones, established since 2000, has provided the opportunity for communities and business to develop many of the skills needed to maximize outstanding team potential.
Cornerstones is comprised of professional facilitators and consultants specializing in leadership and high performance team development for various clients including youth, civic, business and corporate organizations.
Cornerstones uses the experiential education-based model as our approach to developing relationships, enhancing performance, or influence organization-wide improvements. Experiential training typically includes action, reflection, discussion, transfer, and support for individuals or groups of adult learners.
Experience-based training is one of the most effective tools for facilitating organizational and personal improvement. It consists of some traditional training methods blended with activities that bring out the team dynamics. It focuses on specific outcomes and is led by experienced practitioners able to help your organization, your leaders, and/or clients make tangible and meaningful transfers between a learning experience and ongoing real-world challenges.
